Yes the TL did get a bad rap from the media.My buddy had one. I got on it and took it around a cloverleaf and with no effort at all I was kneedragging.All the V-twins I have road were like that.The TL1000.Honda Superhawk.another buddys 1993 Duc 900SS.Im no pro,but theres something about the V-twin that makes you feel confident when you are roadracing.To me I can feel what the rear tire is doing better than a in line 4.
