This is a 1979 Kawasaki KZ1000 LTD (B3) - that was Supercharged  - a direct drive roots-type blower, complete with a butterfly fuel injector and water/alcohol injection. Lots of chrome on stock parts with painted black engine. All work performed in 1980 by original owner.

I remember this bike... it was hot. Supercharged is better  . What's it run?
